Venice Beach Eco Cottages

Town & Country Magazine, October 2007
WHAT: Three charming, one-of-a-kind beach cottages, originally built in 1922 and renovated from the ground up in 2007 in a completely sustainable, earth-friendly manner. One-time crack houses have been reborn into idyllic, solar-powered urban retreats.

WHO: Husband & wife entrepreneurs Karel Samsom and Cynthia Foster
